ook forward to some delightful experiences at Restaurant Müli: from our first ‘Share the Menu’ event in May, where you can discover and sample dishes together, to the monthly Asian Brunch with Far Eastern flavours, right through to the atmospheric Jazz BBQ with live music in July. For anyone who likes to get stuck in, the cookery courses at Müli offer fascinating insights into the art of cooking. You can enjoy the perfect end to a concert evening with our Menuhin Late Night Snacks, featuring fine drinks and tasty little treats. In autumn, you can also look forward to traditional specialities at the Metzgete and sophisticated game dishes on our game menu.

Every last Sunday of the month, our Asian Brunch at Restaurant Müli invites you on a culinary journey through the diverse flavours of Asia. Look forward to refined specialties, exotic classics, and authentic Asian delights in a relaxed atmosphere.

Our generous Asian buffet offers a varied selection of hot and cold dishes.

Cooking classes at Müli

Take a peek behind the scenes of our kitchen and enjoy a delightful afternoon full of inspiration, craftsmanship and culinary discoveries.

Together with our kitchen team, you’ll create an exclusive four-course menu, receive valuable tips and tricks straight from the head chef, and learn exciting techniques and new flavour combinations. After cooking together, you’ll enjoy a cosy aperitif followed by the meal you’ve prepared yourselves in a relaxed atmosphere.

Starts at 2.30 pm in the hotel kitchen.
